Abstract

Jember Hospital dr. Soebandi is a class B Hospital education and designated as a referral hospital in the surrounding regency. Based on the early observations, This Hopital have problems of medicine management in IFRSD. That were payment mechanism is not using e-purchasing yet and have low number of medicine items in appropriate with FORNAS II. The purpose of observation to improve the quality of health services in IFRSD dr. Soebandi . Observation design using descriptive with evaluate retrospective data drug management obtained in 2014 and from concurent of primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using medicine indicators management then the results would compared with existing standards and support the results of interviews and questionnaires. The results of each drug management stages is: 1) Selection, FORNAS II suitability (61,6%) not appropriate standards; 2) Procurement, in indicators percentage of funds available to funds needed (119,6%) and percentage fund allocation drug procurement (39,3%) appropriate standards but in indicators percentage suitability procurement with real (84,2%), frequency procurement of each item to drug FK (12,5 time) moderate and FQ (11,6 time) low, frequency error in factur (0,19%), frequency delayed in factur payment (9,9%), percentage procurement with e-catalogue (49,4%) not appropriate standards; 3) Distribution, Appropriate standards in indicators level of availability drug (12,4 months) and ITOR (14 time), but in indicators suitability drug with stock card (98%), percentage expired and damage value (3,5%) and percentage dead stock (5,07%) not appropriate standards; 4) Use, appropriate standards in indicator percentage prescription with generic drug (82,1%) and not appropriate standards in indicators FORNAS II suitability (61,6%), percentage suitability procurement with real (84,2%), drug item prescricion sheet (2,8 item), percentage prescription with FORNAS II (67,8%) and percentage prescription not serviced (1%).
