Abstract

Material used in this research is a hive of ants ( hydnophytum formicarum ) derived from soya from the village , ambon – Maluku. Cell mcf-7 is one of breast cancer cells already suffering resistance to doksorubisin. Granting doksorubisin singly can affect poorly on normal cells and lowering the proliferation of lymphocytes. The purpose of testing is to know the activity of combination between doksorubisin and faction n-heksan ants nest ( hydnophytum formicarum) Extraction ants nest done by maceration. And then it would be fractionate use Liquid Chromatography Vacuum ( KCV ). Each tested the effect faction on the activities of the proliferation of a lymphocyte and cell on vero mcf-7 and uses the MTT to a wide (620 µg/ml, 310 µg/ml, 155 µg/ml, 77,5 µg/ml ) by the addition of doxorubicin . Hepatitis b vaccine (Engerix BÒ) used as an antigen .The data collected analyzed using the kolmogorof sminorf and saphiro wilk continued ANOVA test The result showed that faction n-heksan ant nests can improve lymphocyte proliferation as increased doses. The addition of ant nests does not have a cell of cytotoxic against vero The addition can apparently faction pressing cell proliferation mcf-7 with increasing doses.
