Abstract

Social conditions that lead to the growing increasingly aware of the quality of services provided. In the goal-oriented aspects of patient satisfaction that includes hospital facilities, the role of doctors, nurses and non medical staff of the hospital is very important because their performance will determine the patient’s perception of the services provided. Purpose of the problem in this study is to what extent the influence of hospital brand image to quality service, influence of quality service to patient satisfaction, influence of patient satisfaction to loyalty, influence of quality service to trusted, influence of trusted to loyalty, influence of quality service to loyalty, influence patient satisfaction to trusted, influence of hospital brand image to patient satisfaction, influence of hospital brand image of trusted, and influence of hospital brand image to patient loyalty in the hospitalized patient RSAL Jala Ammari of Makassar. Research technique using non probability sampling (purpossive). Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to among adult inpatients or family, amounting to 200 people. The data have been collected from questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with using AMOS 21. The result showed that hospital brand image significant effect on quality service, quality service significant effect on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction significant effect on the loyalty, quality service significant effect on trusted, trusted significant effect on the loyalty, quality service significant effect on the loyalty, patient satisfaction significant effect on trusted, hospital brand image significant effect on patient satisfaction, hospital brand image significant effect on trusted, and hospital brand image significant effect on the loyalty.
