Abstract
Everyone has equal rights in obtaining health services which safe, quality, and affordable. To achieve these goal, the government launch National Health Insurance (NHI) program. This program certainly have impact to patient. There are several predictors that can be used to determine patient satisfaction. In this study the predictor factors used are membership, health service and financing. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of membership, health service, and financing to patient satisfaction. The study design using descriptive method by associative to determine the correlation between two or more variables. Subject of study which used was patient of First Health Facility at Kudus in 2015. Sampling method using nonprobability sampling with calculation sample as 300 patients. Data collection technique using measurement-structured by questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine correlation between membership of National Health Insurance (NHI) program, health service, and financing/premi to patient satisfaction. The results was showed that membership, health service, and financing significantly affect BPJS patient satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. Determinants effect of patient satisfaction was 22.1%. Keywords: membership, health service, financing, satisfaction
