Abstract

The result has purpose to examine the intention to revisit website of RSUD Dr. Moewardi to patient or their family. Thus, the user of website of RSUD Dr. Moewardi is low in giving health information. This research did by using questioner the gathering sample technique in this research was purposive sampling. The total sample used is 200 samples, they were patient or their family visited website of RSUD Dr. Moewardi with minimum 1 time visit. Data analysis and hypotheses test in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research result shows all hypotheses support. The result means high index of satisfaction felt by user of hospital website service has given affect to the will revisiting caused by high hope and the work hope of website service and also social affect from the environment.
