Abstract

Acute respiratory infections are infectious diseases that attack one or more of the respiratory tract, from the nose (upper duct) to the alveoli (lower duct) including the adekyasa tissues, such as sinuses, middle ear and pleural cavities.This study aims to determine the percentage of prescribing antibiotics, the average number of prescription items per prescription, the percentage of prescribing of generic drugs, and the percentage of prescribing of DOEN drugs in non-pneumonia ISPA disease in Pajang Surakarta Community Health Center 2017. This study is analytical descriptive, using data on Form Reporting Indicator Prescription of non-pneumonia ISPA in Puskesmas Pajang Surakarta Year 2017, then the data in the analysis in accordance with the target Kemenkes RI. The results showed that the percentage of prescribing antibiotics in Puskesmas Pajang is 4,3% means to meet the target Kemenkes under 20%. The average amount of drug each recipe sheet in Sibela Health Center is 2.55 means to meet the target Kemenkes under 2.6. The percentage of prescribing of generic drug in Pajang Public Health Center is 70,34% means that it does not meet the target of Kemenkes that is 100%. The percentage of drug prescribing of DOEN in Puskesmas Pajang was 42,96% meaning it did not fulfill target of Kemenkes that is 100%.
