Abstract
Plants that can be useful as a drug one of them is a breadfruit.Steeping on seeded breadfruit contains flavonoid, tannin, sapponin and kuinon.the purpose of this study is for knowing good activity between steeping seeded breadfruit fresh, dry, and tea bag to hamper growth bacteri Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 one of them Gram negative and can urinary tract infections and diare. The experiment was carried out by a diffusion method which included sample preparation, manufacture of suspense culture, media creation, bacterial identification and diffusion testing.Observation based on the presence or absence of obstacle activity in forming drag zone (mm). Based on the research results obtained: most effective of three steeping on seeded breadfruit is inhibiting bacterial growthEscherichia coli ATCC 25922steeping seeded breadfruit freshwith the width of the drag zone is 13,66 mm.
