Abstract

This study aimed to test whether the dimension of responsiveness and guaranteed to the satisfaction of the patient services IMS Mobile in Grobogan and distinguish persepsional respondents to the responsiveness and service assurance of localization of Koplak with Gunungrejo Grobogan. This important research to be used as consideration in taking policy in order to improve the quality of service in Mobile IMS service. by measuring patient satisfaction factor which is one of the indicators in assessing the quality of service. The population in this research is all patients using the Mobile IMS services in localization of Gunungrejo and Koplak in April 2013 March 2014 amounting up to 530 the number of patient visits with 387 people. Using purposive sampling technique of sampling provided outpatients who undergo screening service IMS Mobile at least 2 times and aged at least 16 years. Data retrieval in this study through the distribution of questionnaires to patients using the Mobile IMS services with Likert response. Results of the study indicate that the responsiveness of IMS services positive effect against Mobile patient satisfaction in Grobogan, while IMS Service Assurance for Mobile has no effect against patient's satisfaction in Grobogan. But the test results showed that the model F research feasibility test result because the value of F is equal to 150,673 with a level of significance (p-value) = 0.000 meaning far second interaction indicates 0.05 < variable variable responsiveness and security against the patient's satisfaction. There was no difference in responsiveness and persepsional guarantees between the localization localization Koplak respondents with Gunungrejo with 0,801 responsiveness and significance of collateral 0,687.
