Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that relating to disability progressive, complication systemic and early death. Rheumatoid arthritis most likely due to disregulasi the immune system the body so as to manifestasinya systemic .The purpose of this research is to evaluate the use of oains and dmard in patients Rheumatoid arthritis in the district general hospital RSUD Dr Moewardi 2017 that is reviewed of criteria ekslusia inklusia and criteria.The study is done such data is retrospective with see medical records patients Rheumatoid arthritis in the district general hospital RSUD Dr Moewardi 2017 and analyzed a sort of descriptive set. The sample collection as many as patients with the methods purposive the sampling method of .The criteria used to of inclusion of of the study are patients arthritis reumatoid who receive the medicine (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs) NSAID and or (Disease-Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs) DMARDs years 2017 with the data record medical exam complete. The results of the study the pattern of the use of a drug (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs) NSAID and (Disease-Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs) DMARDs on 90 patients arthritis reumatoid in the district general RSUD Dr Moewardi years 2017 pt pgn promised to supply 100 % in accordance the criteria used to inklusia.
