Abstract
Diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2 is also known as diabetes or diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristics of hyperglycemia caused by insulin abnormalities or due to insulin work characterized by increased blood glucose levels exceeding normal limits with symptoms of eating, drinking , itching, weight dropped drastically, tingling, wound heal, and loss of consciousness. Hyperglycemia is one of the hallmarks of DM disease, although it can be found in other medical conditions in the form of elevated levels of glucose in the blood beyond the normal range. This research was conducted to analyze correlation ratio of neutrophil lymphocytes with blood glucose level of type 2 DM patients. This research uses cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was taken from secondary data of DM Type 2 patients who did the examination in the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Installation of RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The result of GDP variable analysis of r value is 0.141, and p value is 0.161, greater than 0.05, so it can be said that the ratio of neutrophil lymphocytes with GDP of type 2 diabetes patient has no correlation. Furthermore, for the variable GD2JPP r value of 0.033, and the value of p is 0.747, greater than 0.05, so it can be said that the ratio between neutrophil lymphocytes with GD2JPP DM type 2 patients has no correlation. Keywords: Lymphocyte Neutrophil Ratio, GDP, GD2JPP, and DM type 2
