Abstract

Stroke is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose level or insulin resistance. Stroke is a syndrome characterized by symptoms and or clinical signs that develop rapidly in the form of functional disorders of thefocal or global brain that lasted more than 24 hours. This research aimedto determine the most widely used antiplatelet drugs and the appropriateness of use of antiplatelet drugs in patient of ischemia stroke in installation of inpatient Hospital in dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri in 2016. The method used in this study was non-experimental descriptive, with retrospective retrieval data from medical records of patients with Ischemic Stroke. The data used were sex, age, diagnose, drug, dose, and the duration of treatment. The data obtained were 46 patients then grouped by indication, analyzed compared with Hospital Formulary. From result of the researchobtained the results of the use of antiplatelet drugs of Ischemic Stroke at Inpatient Installation of dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso wonogiri General Hospital in 2016 the most is Aspilet and the appropriateness ofuse of antiplatelet drugs is 100% Keywords: Ischemia Stroke, Hospitalization, Diskriptif, Hospital.
