Abstract
Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by irritation and infection if left continuously will damage the function of the stomach and can increase the risk of stomach cancer to cause death. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriateness of drug use in gastritis patients in Puskesmas Colomadu II Karanganyar District 2017 with clinical service SOP Colomadu II. Data analysis method used in this research is retrospective non experimental descriptive, the data is processed and the results obtained then compared to clinical service SOP Puskesmas Colomadu II The use of drugs in gastritis patients is class of antacids, class of H2RA (ranitidin, Famotidin), class of PPI (omeprazole). The biggest use was antacid group of 68,93%, type of antasida DOEN drug 68,93%. The compatibility of drug use in gastritis patients at Puskesmas Colomadu II in 2018 with clinical service clinic SOP Colomadu II at 100%. Key words : Gastritis, Puskesmas Colomadu II, Drug use
