Abstract

Communications as process is forwarding of mind or information from someone to others pass a way of certain so that the others understand correct what such by conveyor of mind or information. Communications fluency among laboratory analyst with the patient represent one important aspect in health service. Health service not merely orienting at just medication medically, but also orient at communications because service through the communications of vital importance and good for patient, and also very assisting the patient in course healing and medication specially inspection in laboratory to uphold the diagnosa a disease. This research type is discriptive correlation that is connecting two variable. This research is executed ill in the TNI AU Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Hospital. Sampel in this research is patient checked in laboratory of clinic in TNI AU Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Hospital is 35 respondent with the technique of intake sampel that is Purposive Sampling. Technique analyse the data in this research use the correlation of product moment pearson. Method the research is survey method. Research conducted in TNI AU Adi Soemarmo Hospital on 1 to 30 August 2013. Sampel in this research is patient take care of to stay with the pain in TNI AU Adi Soemarmo that is 35 respondent with the technique of intake sampel that is purposive sampling. Conditions analyse in this research is assumption classical cover the test normalitas, test the multicolinearity, autokorelasy and heteroskedastysity test. Technique analyse the data in this research use the doubled linear regression. Result of research known there are influence by parsial is aspect communications of laboratory officer to outpatient satisfaction in Laboratory TNI AU Adi Soemarmo Hospital, pursuant to clarity by t count > t tables ( 2,070 > 2,045 and sig. 0,047); accuracy by t count > t tables (2,687 > 2,045 and sig 0,012); context by t count > t tables (2,113 > 2,045 and sig 0,043); path by t count > t tables (3,554 > 2,045 and sig 0,001) and cultural t count > t tables (2,074 > 2,045 and sig 0,047). While by simultan there are influence of aspect communications laboratory officer to outpatient satisfaction in Hospital Laboratory TNI AU Adi Soemarmo. Proven from result test the ANOVA of result doubled linear analysis regression. Pursuant output is F count = 22,164 with the level significant (p - value = 0,000 much more small from 0,05. Coefficient determinasi (R²) is 79,3% its meaning outpatient satisfaction in laboratory of TNI AU Adi Soemarmo Surakarta determined by aspect communications of laboratory officer, while 20,70% determined by other factors is which not yet been known because is not conducted a furthermore research to the effect that that Keyword: aspect of communications of laboratory officer, patient satisfaction take care of to lodge
