Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of patients perseption about the marketing mix which containing the products, prices, places, promotion, people, process and physical environment towards the patients satisfaction at the polyclinic of Dr. Moewardi Public Hospital. The main way of of making the differenciation of medical service, including road care service is to give the best quality of medical service . The key is to give the best satisfaction for the patients. The technique which used in collection the data in this research is questioner. The data is processed with spss 17.00, and it is the primer data. The research is using 100 respondent as the sample. The sampling technique which is used is incidental sample. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test Results of data analysis that: all independent variables in this study consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical environment has a significant impact on patient satisfaction with significance values of 0.001, 0.000, 0.043, 0.038, 0.002, 0.048 and 0,040. The result of multiple linear regression data analysis Y= 4,440 + 0,339X1 + 0,776X2 + 0,220X3 + 0,378X4 + 0,557X5 + 0,217X6 + 0,200X7. The result of calculation for R2 scores is 0,959. This means that 92%of statisfaction variable are influenced by the factors of the products, prices, place, promotions, mens, process and physical environment. While 8%, the rest are not included.
