Abstract

Companies are increasingly tight competition among the domestic and international market which led from the emergence of electronic-based business applications. One of them is National Bank Purwodadi. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of trust and quality of e-banking system on the intention to transact online. The scope of this research is National Bank Purwodadi. This research is casual, which aims to test the causal relationship among the variables under study. Based on the time dimension of this study were categorized into a cross sectional study means only retrieve the data at a certain time. Samples taken 100 respondents. Technical data using multiple regression analysis. Of all the variables tested produce variable quality of e-banking system had no effect on the trust, the trust does not mediate the effect of the quality of ebanking system on intentions to transact online again. Only the variable quality of e-banking systems that affect the intention signifkan online transactions anniversary of 0.361, with a value of t = 0.00 and f = 0.00 <0.005 (significance level α) Keywords: trust, quality systems, online transaction intentions
