Abstract

Amidst the growth and trend of competition, hospitals have become institutions that deal with several fields of complexity and therefore, they need a good hospital management system. For advancing itself, Hospitals is governed to guard and maintain the consumer’s trust to themselves by increasing service quality for attaining consumer contentment. To sustain the urge of the consumer to procure a specific brand or product, it can be strengthened by increasing the marketing mix performance among its service. This research is intended to clarify and examine the significance of marketing mix to consumer satisfaction by addressing the service quality in RSUD Dr. Moewardi. In this research the populations are hospital patients who are undergoing medication in RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The sampling is taken by a method of Non Probability Sampling. Total sample taken is 200 respondents in further, the hypothesis is examined by Struktur Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis. The result of the examined data can be used as deduction and summary as follows, there is no significance of marketing mix on Product (P), Price (H), Promotion (PR), Place (T), People (O), Physical evidence (B), and Process (PRO) to the service quality (KP). There is no significance of marketing mix such as Product (P), Price (H), Promotion (PR), Place (T), People (O), physical evidence (B), and Process (PRO) to consumer satisfaction (KK). There is significance of service quality (KP) to Consumer Satisfaction (KK). Keywords : Marketing Mix, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction
