Abstract

The research was conducted on nurses in Inpatient Space 1, his research was carried Medicine HCU, Neunatus HCU. For sampling it was used population sampling or saturated samples where all popoulasi regarded as a sample with totally sampling 60 respondents. Methods questionnaires was used in collecting data, and for data analysis it was applied multiple regression analysis, multiple linear, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R ²) The results of the analysis show that: 1) Variable Quality Nursing Care significantly influence Patient Safety in Hospital Dr. Moewardi. 2) Variable Quality Nursing Care significantly affect the Nurse Performance in Dr.Moewardi Hospital. 3) Variable Quality Nursing Care significantly influence Patient Safety in Dr. Moewardi Hospital, with variables Nurse Performance as an intervening variable. 4) Variable Quality Nursing Care and Nurse Performance have a relationship influence variable performance of 80.8% on Patient Safety in Dr. Moewardi Hospital.
