Abstract
General Hospital Dr. Moewardi in the face of global competition level is more complex at this point, the institution hospital was expected to implement a system that can form a better quality health care and quality so as to improve patient re-visit interest. In this study tries to reveal the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction with the patient's interest to re-visit the General Hospital Dr. Moewardi. This study used quantitative research methods that examine the influence of patient satisfaction, quality health care to patients re-visit interest. Place in the study were in the hospital Dr. Moewardi. The size of the sample was 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing using t-test testing (hypothesis testing). The results of processing the data, it can be concluded as follows: There was a significant effect of the quality of health services (KPK) on patient satisfaction (KP) with a regression coefficient values of 0.515 and 0.000 at the level of significance that in this case the variable quality of health care is declared positive effect and significance to variable patient satisfaction then H1a supported. There is a significant influence on the quality of health services (KPK) to re-visit interest (MKU) koefesiensi regression value of 0.335 and 0.000 at the level of significance of this variable is declared so that the positive effect it H1b is accepted. There is a significant influence on patient satisfaction (KP) and the quality of health services (KPK) to re-visit interest (MKU) with a coefficient of determination equal to 0.265 means that 26.5% of patients satisfaction variable is affected by the quality of health care. While the determination coefficient of 0.138 explains that 13.8% of patients re-visit interest variable is affected by the quality of health care and patient satisfaction, while the remaining 86.2% interest in re-visit patients affected by other variables.
