Abstract
Population in this study were all outpatients in General Hospital of Dr.Moewardi with 102 sample.Sampling method in use is purposive sampling. This research used the classical assumption (normality test, multikolonieritas), hypothesis test (F test and T test),Analysis of multyple regression and koefisien determination. The results of this study are tangibles of service quality has a positive influence on the brand image .Reliability not positive influence on the brand image, responsiveness not positive influence on the brand image.Assurance not positive influence on the brand image and Emphaty not positive influence on the brand image.
