Abstract

Planning a renovation project to make the water channel that was conducted in December 2012 by the PNPM Mandiri in Baluwarti. The implementation project in an emerging field problems. This is due to licensing, the cost of late, raw materials and factors that rainy weather. So the plan set 27 working days to 31 working days. To anticipate this use probabilistic scheduling techniques. One method that can be used is scheduling with PERT method. The goal is to determine the time of the project and critical activities in the project. The project may take as long as 31 days labor costs Rp 7.344 000. By using PERT can be implemented for 26 days. With the value of the standard deviation of 0,5341 and a probability value of 0,8665. Labor cost for Rp.6.024.000. So the cost of saved by Rp.1.320.000.
