Abstract

Chicken egg is a good food. One of them is organic egg chicken. Organic egg chicken always consumed unripe as a herbal mix to energy enhanced. The egg which consumed unripe indication of Salmonella sp. All of Salmonella sp assumed patogenic causes Salmonellosis. This research aimed to identification Salmonella sp in organic egg chicken. This research conducted in Microbiology Laboratorium of Setia Budi University at Desember 2012. Using sampel of organic egg chicken which buyed from herbalist at Wonogiri. Sampel taked 1 ml then included in canister loaded pepton Bufffer, then taked 2 ose included to Selenit media, then scracth it to BSA and identification with biochemical test. The research of organic egg chicken result that no one Salmonella sp in organic egg chicken. Kata kunci : telur, ayam kampung, identifikasi Salmonella
