Abstract

Pseudomonasaeruginosacausesinfectionsthatproducepusburnsbluegreencolor. Most ofthesigns and symptomsare not specificPseudomonas aeruginosainfectionin becausethe bacteria areresistant to manyantibiotics. Whereto findan antibioticthatcaninhibitthe growth of Bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosathat is bydiffusion. This research was conductedat theMicrobiology Laboratory ofthe University ofSetiaBudiin December 2012aims to determinethe antibioticsensitivitytestusing theagar diffusion method. Filter paperdiscscontaining a number ofantibioticsare placedon the surface ofsolid medium(MHA) which had previously beeninoculatedbacteriain thetestmedia. Aftertheincubation, observedandmeasuredinhibition zonediameteraroundthe disk. Based on theresults of research conductedon thetwobacteriaPseudomonasaeruginosasensitive to: Gentamicin, Ceftriaxone, Ciprofloxacin. Resistant to: Ampicillin, Amoxcillin, Erythromycin, Penicillin, Chloramphenicol, Kanamycin. Andthere isa differencein theantibioticTetracycline, on Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27 853samples terhdadap Tetracycline resistan cewhile samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosaisolated frompatients sensitive totetracyclines Key words: Pseudomonasaeruginosa, antibiotics, test, sensitivity.
