Abstract
Tuberculosis is catch infection disease which caused by Microbacterium tuberculosis or Acid Proof Bacillus (BTA), which is marked with the happening of granuloma form and also necrosis which often groan the lungs organ. Height of patient tuberculosis in Indonesian require to get the handling peculiarly with the rational medication. Research done with the survey of card of medical record in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Retrieved data was data categorical or nominal data were then tested with statistical methods contingency Chi Square test. Rationally in this study were right medication, right dose, right patient, right indication and right diagnose in comparison with the standart of medical care in hospoital Dr. moewardi Surakarta year 2010. From the results of research drug use in adult patients hospitalized treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis obtained results that use of antituberculosis drugs BTA positive pulmonary in adult patients opnamed in the installation hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta was in conformity with the guidelines of rational use of medicines.
