Abstract

Inflames or inflamed are local protection respond that flow by accident or damaged cell that have function for damage or decrease defects agent or antigen on damage. The advantages of this research is for knowing the anti inflammation effect of the chloroform extract of the leaves of Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam) and to knowing dose effective of the chloroform extract of the leaves of Moringa to white male rats furrow Wistar Antiinflammation effects testing conducted with 5 groups of mice, each group gives karagean induction. Each group consisted of 5 male white rats Wistar. Extracts obtained by maceration with chloroform rise resulting chloroform extract of Moringa leaves. Group 1 dose of chloroform extract of Moringa leaves 22.5 mg / 180 g BW, group 2 doses of chloroform extract of Moringa leaves 45 mg/180 g BW, and group 3 doses of chloroform extract of Moringa leaf 90 mg / 180 g BB, 4 negative control group CMC 0.5%, 5 positive control group Na-diclofenac. After that, it is being measured of the swelling for five hours and then to account the AUC. The results from this examination show that the chloroform extract of Moringa leaves can provide anti inflamation effects and effective dose of chloroform extract of Moringa leaf is to provide anti inflammation effects of 22,5 mg/180g BW.
