Abstract
Hypertension is a trigger factor of acute kidney disease and chronic kidney disease. This study was conducted to determine the use of antihypertensives in the treatment of hypertensive patients with chronic renal failure (I12.0 ICD) inpatient Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten in 2011 and 2012 by type of antihypertensive use quantity calculated by the method of ATC / DDD and evaluate compliance with the hospital formulary and JNC 7. This research is a descriptive study with retrospective data collection. The data used are a class of antihypertensive and antihypertensive name, dosage form, dosage strength, and the amount of usage. The results of the use of antihypertensive calculated in units of Defined Daily Dose (DDD) per 100 patient days and in the DU90% criteria. Results from this study is based on quantitative analysis method of ATC / DDD and 90% DU is known that antihypertensive used in the treatment of hypertensive patients with chronic renal failure (ICD I12.0) in 2011 which faction ACEI, ARB, CCB, diuretics. The year 2012 is ACEI, CCB, diuretics. Most antihypertensive use in 2011 and 2012 are diuretics furosemide in 2011 is 34.234% and 50.182% in 2012. Conformity with the use of antihypertensive hospital formulary in 2011 of 71.45%, 66.67% in 2012 and compliance with the JNC 7, 2011 and 2012 much as 100%.
