Abstract

Outpatient satisfaction is one of the most important service in the installation of pharmaceuticai pharmacy. Pharmacy service not only gave a drug but also inform the use of medicinal related to a disease that is experienced by a patient at the time of delivery of the medicine to the patient so as to boost compliance patients in the use of remedies. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of pharmacy service to outpatient satisfaction in RSUD Surakarta in a partial and simultaneously. Method sampling is done in a total of 150 respondents. The questionnaire conducted test validity and reliability. Data obtained by spreading directly to the questionnaire respondents, then the data is analyzed using simple linear regression correlation and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17.0 program . Research results can be concluded that drug services use and attitudes of service personnel pharmasis assistant effect significantly to outpatient satisfaction, while the performance of pharmasis assistant do not affect significantly to outpatient satisfaction. Simultaneously all free variables affect outpatient satisfaction significantly to general outpatient in RSUD Surakarta and the outpatient satisfaction can be determined from the free variables of 46,80%.
