Abstract
Tuberculose is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The treatment for Tuberculose takes some times viz 6 months. The medicine used is the combination of 2-5 kind of medicines, those are Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pirazinamid, Ethambutol dan Streptomycin. TB treatment with non FDC OAT is a pack of combipack that the patient should take 2-4 tablets within 6 months minimumly. The progress of farmacology field of study makes it possible to combine several medicines into one tablet that is OAT FDC. The research aims at understanding the difference of using and the difference of success of FDC OAT and non FDC OAT combipack in healing the lung Tuberculose patient. A new case in BKPM Klaten. The technique of data collection in the research is purposive sampling. The sampling used is 85 ones. The data analysis uses parametic statistics with Two Independensi Samples Test and Independensi Chi-square test and also uses software of Statistical Product and Service solution version 17 year 2009. The success of recovery based on the sputum BTA test has negative during the whole 6 months treatment. The research result with independensi T-test is concluded that there is a significant difference between the use of FDC OAT and non FDC OAT combipack with significant mark 0,001. While the research with independent Chisquare test is concluded that there is no significant difference between the use of FDC OAT and non FDC OAT combipack with significant mark 0,942.
