Soymilk as an alternative to cow's milk substitute. Consumption of soymilk quite a lot in the community requires manufacturers to apply the principles of good hygiene and sanitation. Contamination of bacteria and molds need to watch the soybean so it needs to be tested in the laboratory. This research aims to determine the amount of microbial contaminants such as mesofil, coliform, Salmonella sp, Staphylococcus aureus and fungi on artificial soymilk domestic industry sold in traditional markets Sukoharjo with bacteriological test. Bacteriological test was conducted using ALT, MPN, test Salmonella sp, Staphylococcus aureus and fungi. Sampling was done randomly soymilk. The test results showed three of 20 samples of soymilk found that bacterial contamination of the total number of bacteria with ALT method for sample code B bacterial colony count of 2.0 x 102, sample code F 2.9 x 103, sample code P 1.9 x 103, R code sample 1.7 x 102, T code 1.6 x 103. Number of coliform sample code B is 21 per 100 ml, sample code F 210 per 100 ml, sample code P 1100 per 100 ml, the sample code is R 3.6 per 100 ml, the sample code T is 1100 per 100 ml. Testing for Salmonella s negatif, testing for Staphylococcus aureus 0 colony. Fungi testing figures for the five samples showed results 1 x 100 colonies / ml,. Keywords: Soymilk, Bacteriological test
