Abstract
Management of medicines in hospitals is a series of activities related to IFRS management functions, including selection, procurement, distribution and use of drugs. The activities to be interrelated and influence each other, objective research to analyze the drug control system classification A Askes drugs with ABC method, EOQ and ROP to improve cost efficiency in ordering and inventory control drug storage. This type of research is a quasi experimental with no control by the observation time series (time series design) before, during and after the intervention. Data obtained through direct observation and documentation of pharmacy, the data observations made analysis ABC, EOQ and ROP calculation is then made using indicators Inventory Turn Over Ratio (ITOR) Stock Value and Customer service level (CSL). The results showed that the ABC analysis in hospitals Undata Palu of 208 drug items Askes 36 items (75%) drug classification A, 68 items (20%) drugs classification B, and 102 items (5%) classification C. Application of the EOQ method with ROP on controlling medical supplies procurement Askes A classification based on the use of ABC analysis in Hospital Pharmacy Installation Undata Palu was able to (1). Lowering the value of inventory before the intervention of IDR 290,940,464.30 to IDR 175,224,961.30 after intervention. (2). The ITOR increase from 1,33 times to 2,32 times, (3). Improve the level of service from 99,16% to 99,91%, the conclusions of the study showed that the value of inventories (P = 0,002), ITOR (P = 0,00) and the customer service level (P = 0,001) showed results of significance P < 0,05 means that the use of ABC, EOQ and ROP can improve efficiency management of Askes drugs in IFRSUD Undata Palu.
