Abstract
RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung is a provincial hospital and the only one hospital in Lampung focused on pediatric patients that formation of IPCU in hospitals, where treatment use dosage in a injection. This is the one factor injections drug procurement very fast spins. Need a method to reduce the cost investments and finally cost can be optimized in Hospital. Goal of this study was to analyze the type of injection drug control to EOQ and ROP methods in the Departement of Pharmacy of RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung in 2012 meets cost efficiency and to increase efficiency of ordering and storage of costs in the control of drug supply. The study used a comparative non experimental research design using retrospective data collection method in 2012. From the data of observation result, control analysis will be done with EOQ and ROP methods for Jamkesmas, Askes, and Reguler to provide an optimal supply. The results suggested that by using the EOQ analysis generate procurement frequency of each injection drugs item was in fact lower than reality, total cost namely of Rp.12.511.985 to jamkesmas, Rp.13.755.253 to askes and Rp.23,372,986 to reguler. It meant that when the supply control was done using EOQ method, the Hospital would make cost efficiency of Rp. 49,640,224.00 of the reality total inventory cost of Rp 92,157,030.00. For ROP injection drug categorized as jamkesmas reorder was done when the drug reached 1-406 per item, categorized as askes reorder was done when the drug reached 1-46 per item, and categorized reguler reorder was done when the drug reached 1-172 per item. The conclusion of research was that injection drugs control in the Departement of Pharmacy of RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung with EOQ and ROP methods in 2012 could improve the cost efficiency in injection drugs supply control.
