Abstract

Distribution of drugs is a process started from the demand, drug stock control, storage and dispensing of the warehouse to be distributed to the depots. The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiency management of drug distribution in Pharmacy RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen by using efficiency indicator and to strive repair management of drug with Method of Hanlon. The study used a descriptive design, which is investigating the use of concurrent and retrospective data. Data collected in the form of qualitative and quantitative data from observations of documents and interviews with relevant officials. All phases of inpatient drug distribution measured using indicators of the efficiency by Depkes and WHO, then compared to a standard or other research results, further processed and described based on the analysis of priority action plans using the method of Hanlon. The results showed system managing inpatient drug distribution in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen not yet efficient pursuant to indicators of compatibility between the drug and the card stock (92,22%), the percentage of dead stock, the percentage value of expired drugs and broken (1,12%), the average time used to serve up a prescription drug until the hands of the patient, the availability of drugs that is 13 days (43,33%) and the percentage of prescription drug formularies (77,59%), while the percentage of indicators prescription drugs with generic names have efficient that is equal to 83,30%. Based on the results of the evaluation determined the priority of handling the problem of managing inpatient drug distribution systems in the dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen as follows: 1). Enabling PFT in revising the formulary and conduct periodic evaluation and monitoring, 2). Repair SOP distribution and SIM in supervising and controlling the drug distribution system, 3) Data collection approach drugs Exp. Date, 4).
