Abstract

The development of hospital competition are required to improve the quality of health, the hospital must have an advanced technology, and have good service capabilities, requring system hospital management.this study aims to analyze quality of service and will define the strategy to be implemented in the hospital pharmacy installation using the Hanlon method. The research was studies design using non-experimental. This study aimed to analyze a strategy for developing the quality of service in Hospital Pharmacy. This study uses a number of indicators used to determine the quality of service. The collected data quantitative and qualitative the results thrugh of a questionnaire to patients, collection secondary data and interviews with relevant officials. The data has been all processed with the results obtained, and the analysis made using of service quality improvement Hanlon. The results of the quality of care in general Hospital Pharmacy Wamena has been partially are accomplished efficiently and still in the stage of repair. Alternatif strategies that can be applied to the development of Pharmacy Installation General Hospital Wamena : Improving the quality and quantity of human resources, improve service-orinted customer satidfaction, conduct research and development of hospital pharmacy intallation and add science and technology facilities.
