Abstract
Quality of service is the actions of a person to others through the presentation of products or service, the size of which applies according to the product or service to meet the needs, desires and expectations of costumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of clinical laboratory service quality on outpatient satisfaction in Central Public Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The study population was outpatient clinic laboratory in Central Public Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. This research use survey method with sample used for questionnaire test as many 30 respondents and 267 samples for research. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis used in the from of validity and reliability test, simple regression test. Data were analyzed using SPSS program method. Based on the results of simple regression test showed Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy respectively, except Reliability and Tangible. Simultaneously there is influence between service quality to patient satisfaction of outpatient clinic laboratory in Central Public Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Outpatient satisfaction in clinical laboratory of Central Public Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten can be explained by 18,6% by Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. Key word: Quality of Clinical Laboratory Service, Customer satisfaction.
