Abstract

Transfusion is on action, that mean to help increasing patient’s recovery hemoglobin is the maincomponent packed Red cell stabil in refrigerator temperature 2 ℃ - 6 ℃ with CPDA for 35 days. The purpose of research is to know the storage transfusion packed blood to patient post trsansfusin packed blood, to the increase of hemoglobin level in patient post transfusion pasked post back boneoperation. This research have the quality of observation analitial cross sectional with 90 samples research is Bank darah Hospital Ortopedi Prof.Dr.R. Soeharso Surakarta in Juni 2019.This research uses analitic of varian with p= 0,05 and the trust interval 95%.this result of research have long a keep the blood transfusion pack for increasing hemoglobin level to post transfusion, post operation back bone amount go sampels is p= 0,012 , Key words : hemoglobin, level long blood storage, PRC
