Abstract

The importance of service quality in health services is to meet the needs and wishes of the patient that can produce satisfaction. Laboratories need to accurately determine the needs of consumers in an effort to meet the desires and improve satisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of outpatients on service quality clinical pathology laboratory outpatients in the HOSPITAL of Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. This research is a descriptive research performed at Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta using purposive sampling, where the study was using a questionnaire with a sample of 153 respondents. the Data obtained were processed with SPSS 21. Based on research results obtained the conclusion that, quality laboratory services by a factor of guarantee of quality and empathy each affect the satisfaction on an Outpatient basis in the Laboratory of clinical Pathology Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. While the physical evidence, reliability and responsiveness have no effect. Simultaneously affect the satisfaction of patients amounted to 61,5 % .
