Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of hospital image on patient satisfaction, (2) the influence of hospital image on patient loyalty, (3) the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty, (4) the effect of mediating patient satisfaction in the relationship between hospital image and patient loyalty. This research is a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were outpatients non BPJS RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. A sample of 200 respondents was determined by purposive sampling technique. Test the validity of the instrument using Factor Loading while the reliability test uses Alpha Cronbach. The analysis technique used is mediation regression analysis. The results of the study found that: (1) the hospital image had a positive effect on patient satisfaction in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen was proven by the determination coefficient value of 0.064 with a significance of 0.000 (2) the hospital image had a positive effect on patient satisfaction in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen was proven by the coefficient of determination of 0.035 with a significance of 0.008 (3) patient satisfaction had a positive effect on patient loyalty in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen was proven by the determination coefficient value of 0.056 with a significance of 0.001 (4) Patient satisfaction mediates in part the relationship between the hospital image and patient loyalty.
