Abstract
Diabetes mellitus (DM) is chronic disease lead complications serious as wound on a leg. Nigella sativa (N), Allium sativum (A), and Cinnamomum burmannii B (C) are beneficial as DM treatment and wounds wound. Research this aim for knowing activity antibacterials to Staphyloccocus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, decrease glucose blood levels and activity wound accompained by hyperglicemia from extract ethanol NAC on Streptozotocin-Nicotinamid (STZ-NA) induced rat. Research this using 50 tails mouse white male strain wistar , divided on normal group , control negative (CMC 0,5%, vaseline) and CMC 0,5% + vaseline), control positive (glibenclamide, nebasetin and glibenclamide + nebasetin) and group preparations test (extract ethanol NAC 280 mg/kg BB oral, extract ethanol NAC concentration of 20% in topical and (extract ethanol oral + topical). Parameters measured weight body, levels glucose blood mice, wound diameter. Results research showed that extract ethanol 20% NAC concentration has best activity of antibacterial 30,7 mm inhibibition zone rate to S. aureus and 30,7 mm to P. aeruginosa. Extract ethanol NAC 280 mg/kg BB oral dose and concentration of 20% in topical can be lowered glucose blood levels and have effectiveness good in regeneration network skin wound accompained by hyperglicemia rats. Word key : Nigella sativa, Allium sativum, and Cinnamomum burmannii B, antibacterials , antidiabetes , wound accompained by hyperglicemia, STZ-NA
