Abstract

Work accident in hospital are the most common, so it needs serious handling to minimize the number of work accidents. The effort of a hospital to reduce accidents is to apply the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the Hospital, this is because hospital workers have a greater risk of suffering from health problems than other workers. This research aims to determine whether the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at Kasih Ibu Surakarta Hospital has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the Working Committee on Occupational Safety and Health and other parts involved such as Laboratory, Emergency Installation, Outpatient, Inpatient and Installation Section of Hospital Facilities and Infrastructure. The results of the Questionnaire were then evaluated using the inductive thinking process and then compared with the adopted references. The results showed that the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at Kasih Ibu Surakarta Hospital covering 5 (Five) stages namely Commitment and Policy, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Review and Improvement of Hospital Performance is in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Health Number 66 Year 2016 About Occupational Safety and Health of Hospitals.
