Abstract

Safety is still an important study and still a problem in the world that indicated by the high rate of workplace accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze safety forming behavior of health workers, so the study of the formation of safety behavior on health personnel is still needed to identify the formation of safety behavior. This research was conducted in RSUP Dr.Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, with the total population of all health workers with a total sample of 120 health workers. Techniques for data collection using questionnaires. Instrumentation test using validity test, reliability test and hypothesis determination using multiple linear regression test where all data is processed by using SPSS version 16. Test results from the research indicated that all hypotheses are supported. Where these results provide significant value between medical waste management, work discipline, and leadership support have a positive effect on safety.
