Abstract
Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a process of delivering of the fetus through the abdominal wall and uterine wall incision. SC defrayel was regulated in the INA-CBG’s rates. The purpose of this research is to know the difference real costs to the INA-CBG's rates in patients of Sectio Caesarea inpatient care in hospital Dr. Moewardi 2017 and knowing the factors age, parity, the category of operative and LOS (Length of Stay) affect the real costs of treatment in patients Sectio Caesarea hospitalization in hospital Dr. Moewardi. The research was on analytic observation research used a cross-sectional design according to the hospital perspective. Data collection method was retrospectively. The data of this research were quantitative data. Analysis of suitability of real cost with INA-CBG's used one sample t-test, one being an analysis of the factors that affect the real costs used bivariate correlation test. The study result showed that were difference between of real costs to the INA-CBG's rates on Sectio Caesarea inpatient in hospital Dr. Moewardi on class 2 severity I amounted to Rp-2,448,953, and class 3 severity of II Rp 3,237,288. There is no difference between the real costs with fares INA-CBG's on a class 1 severity I amounted to Rp-2,479,712, class 2 severity of II Rp-2,263,564, and class 3 severity I amounted to Rp 186,223.
