Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the intention to leave employees at the Mutiara City Hospital in Sorong. This analysis uses independent variables namely affective commitment, continuing commitment, normative commitment, job satisfaction, leader-member relationship quality, and organizational learning culture. The dependent variable is the intention to leave. The research sample was all employees of Mutiara City Hospital in Sorong. The sample is done by probability cluster sampling method. The data collection pen uses a questionnaire that is distributed directly to all Hospital employees as many as 124 questionnaires. This analysis method using the analysis technique SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Research indicates that organizational learning culture significantly influence the normative commitment and normative commitment significantly influence the turnover intention. Whereas , the non-significant hypothesis is the effect of affective commitment on turnover intention, the effect of commitment continuing on turnover intention, the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment, continuing commitment and normative commitment, the influence of leader-member relationship quality on affective commitment, continuing commitment and normative commitment and the influence of organizational learning culture on affective commitment and commitment to continue.
