Abstract

Chronic kidney disease in indonesia of 16594 cases from year 2013. The treatment required risk related to the Drug Related Problems ( drps ) in the category of appropriate doses and inaccuracy doses increasing so as to affect outcome therapy .The purpose of this research is the number of inaccuracy doses and accuracy of doses , characteristic of patients , profile treatment in patients with kidney failure chronicle , drps cases in patients with kidney failure chronicle Research methodology used is cross-sectional method and take a retrospective data was undertaken in the sample done by means of an inclusion sampling purposive based on the criteria determined.Population this research is patients with kidney failure chronicle diagnosis who fulfilled the criteria in installation inclusion treated in-patient hospital yogyakarta bethesda period 2017.Research sample areas is the data on medical patients renal failure will chronicle in 2017 appropriate on inclusion. The result of study indicate that of 33 cases, with category insccurate doses of 39,399% with details of low doses of 24,24%, high doses of 15,159%, and incaccuracy of drugs by 8,98%. based on these results, can be conslouded that the lsrge number of dosing regiment and the accuracy of selection result in decreasing creatinine levels, achieving targets for urea reduction and length of stay (LOS) for patients with improved clinical outcomes.
