Abstract

This study aims to examine how the relationship between Regional Original Income (PAD) and Economic Growth in Capital Expenditures in Regencies and Cities in Indonesia in 2014-2016. Budget Realization Report data is obtained from the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency Information and Communication Center. The number of population is 514 regencies and cities, after the sample selection is 479, and the Brutod Regional Regional Domestic Product Data is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The population number is 514 districts and cities, after the sample selection is 420. The complete data available and the sample of the two data is 366. Statistical tests are carried out with IBM SPSS Version 21 program. Based on the test results show that PAD has no significant positive effect on capital expenditure and economic growth has a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, Keywords: Regional Original Income, Economic Growth, Capital Expenditures
