Abstract

Pharmaceutical installation is one of the most important in the hospital, so must provide good quality service to patients. With provide good quality services to patient will feel his own satisfaction in him. The study aims to evaluate the quality pharmaceutical installation services in RSUD Ir Soekarno Sukoharjo related to patient satisfaction. This research was conductes in pharmaceutical installation RSUD Ir Soekarno Sukoharjo using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, where the study questionnaire. Sampling in this study of 346 respondents for data of wait time drug and mixed drug service, and randomly selected as many as 30 respondents from samples used the study obtain a questionnaire. Evaluation quality of pharmaceutical installation services is related to patient satisfaction using standards issued by the Ministry of Health No. 129 of 2008. Based on the results of the study we concluded that pharmaceutical service quality with the wait time drug and wait time mixed drug in pharmacy installation at RSUD Ir Soekarno Sukoharjo had accordance standard service waiting time of 56,05 minutes ≤ 60 minutes for mixed drug and 29,45 minutes ≤ 30 minutes for waiting time drug. Evaluation the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services that have been carried out by pharmacists gave a sense of satisfaction of 66,7% ≤ 80% is not accordance with the standards issued by the Minister of health number 129 of 2008.
