Abstract

Analgesics is a material or drug used to suppress or reduce pain or pain without causing loss of consciousness. In previous studies it was known that Moringa leaves and tamarind fruit (have alagesic effects). The purpose of this study was to determine the analgesic effect and combination dose of moringa leaf infusion and tamarind fruit infusion. The treatment group was negative control given 1% Na-CMC, positive control was given Tramadol 0.18mg / 20gram BB, single moringa leaf infusion 8mg / 20gram BB, single tamarind acid infusion 12mg / 20gram BB, combination of IDK : IBAJ 6mg: 3mg / 20gram BB, combination of IDK : IBAJ 4mg: 6mg / 20gram BB, combination of IDK : IBAJ 2mg: 9mg / 20gram BB. Mice were given an oral test solution with the tail-flick method carried out every 30 minutes for 120 minutes. Data were analyzed by ANOVA variation and Tukey test. Calculation of the percentage of analgesic power of combination of IDK : IBAJ 4mg : 6mg / 20gram BB higher than positive control. Then it can be concluded that the combination of IDK : IBAJ 4mg : 6mg / 20gram BB has an analgesic effect that is more effective than the single dose. Keywords: Analgesic, Tramadol, Moringa leaves, Tamarind fruit, tail-flick method.
