Results of this study where conducted at Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Public Hospital showed that the most antibiotic used was Ceftriaxone, single antibiotic, given 49 times with a percentage of 67.1%. Drug interactions event occurred 13 times with mostly interaction mechanism in the pharmacodynamic phase of 53.9% and severity of interactions that occurred mostly on major level of 16 times amounted to 61.5%.
