Abstract

Urinary tract infection ( UTI ) is a condition where the urinary tract infected by microorganisms that cause inflammation , a large proportion of the UTIs caused by the bacteria Escherichia coli. The research in several hospitals indicate that Escherichia coli bacteria cause UTIs has been much resistance. The purpose of this research is to know the sensitivity of siprofloksasin, kotrimoksazol, and amoksisilin-klavulanat fosfomisin Escherchia coli bacteria causes UTIs. Isolation urine patients UTIs with uses the media Eosin Methylene Blue (EMB) , continued test identification. Test sensitivity antibiotic with the methods diffusion by The Mueller Hinton that to know power obstruent each antibiotics. The diameter power obstruent in analysis based on interpretation sensitivity Clinal Laboratory Standards Institute next in tabulations and analyzed by using the standard deviations. The research results show than 30 sample there are 26 positive sample the bacterium Escherichia coli testing shows sensitivity and bacteria to antibiotics siprofloksasin show 69,23 % sensitive and 30,77 % resistant. Kotrimoksazol show 30,77 % sensitive and 69,23 % resistant. Fosfomisin show 100 % sensitive. Amoksisilin-klavulanat show 65,38 % sensitive, 23,08% intermediate and 11,54 % resistant. From the tabulating compare with the bacterium Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 get results that almost all the bacterium Escherichia coli the isolation underwent a mutation and fosfomisin is an antibiotic with the higher percentage for the results of susceptible.
