Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are one of the minimum services that must be provided in a hospital that cannot be separated from the hospital's health care system that is complete and oriented to the patient's service. This research aims to determine the availability of the formulation, the length of time waiting for the drug service, the length of time to wait drug service, the percentage of the absence of error occurrence of drug Administration, and the percentage of customer satisfaction Outpatient installation pharmacy of Surakarta District mental Hospital in February-March year 2019. This research is a non-experimental study. Data collection is retrospectively and analyzed descriptively. Primary data is obtained directly from the respondent in the form of prescription, patient questionnaire and interview with the speaker, secondary data obtained from the medical record. Obtained a sample of 129 respondents that meet the criteria of inclusion then the data obtained analyzed by comparing the research data with hospital Minimum service standard (SPM RS) by director general of Bina Kesehatan Health Ministry of the Year 2012. The results showed that the availability of the formulary is appropriate that is updated 3 years, the length of time waiting for the drug service is not appropriate that is 38.88 minutes > 30 minutes, the length of time for the drug service is suitable for 51.08 minutes, not The incidence of error of Drug Administration is 0%, customer satisfaction amounted to 94.960%. This indicates that RSJD Surakarta has not carried out the maximum service in the Department of drug waiting time is based on SPM RS by Directorate General of Health Efforts in the Ministry of 2012.
