Abstract
E-cigarettes are the least you know based on the batteries that contain nicotine, water and flavor. The nicotine can be absorbed from the airway, the oral cavity and skin. Metabolism of nicotine, especially in the liver and can also in metabolisme in the lung and kidney. The nicotine that in an oral will absorbsi a little in the stomach because it is as a strong, but to absorb in the gut enough to cause poisoning. The nicotine that inhaled in metabolism in the lung and can reach the brain in just six second. Inspection is conducted on 30 people users of electronic in Surakarta. The study was conducted on March 27 abd March 31, 2018 in the Puskesmas Banyuanyar. Blood tests routine with the method of Hematology Analyzer. The examination showed that levels of hemoglobin to a normal value of 93,33% (28 people), less than normal 6,67% (2 people). Hematokrit was a normal value of of 93,33% (28 people), less than normal 6,67% (2 people). RBC get a normal value of 100% (30 peope). During the WBC a normal value of 93,33% (28 people), less than normal 6,67% (2 people) and the platelets were a normal value of 100% (30 people).
