Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility on firm value. The dependet variable used in this research is firm value as measure by Tobin’s Q. The independent variable in this study is the disclosure of the responsibility of social environment, the disclosure of the responsibility of social labor miscellaneous, the disclosure of the responsibility of social health and safety of labors, the disclosure of the responsibility of social public involvement, the disclosure of the responsibility of social product, the disclosure of the responsibility of social energy, and the disclosure of the responsibility of social public. This study uses frim size as control variable. The population in this study is manufacturing company listed in Indonesian stock exchange 2011-2015 period. The sample in this study is 32 companies selected by using method. Purposive sampling the study uses panel data regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results shows that : (1) environment positif significant effect on frim value, (2) public involvement positif significant effect on frim value, (3) the health and safety of labors significant negative effect on frim value, (4) labor miscellaneous has no significant effect on frim value, (5) product has no significant effect on frim value, (6) energy has no significant effect on frim value, (7) public has no significant effect on frim value.
